What’s the deal with the vegan listings? There’s a place that I know isn’t vegan, or a place that isn’t on there that I know is vegan!
- The “Vegan Options” listings are always being updated. Sometimes, if we haven’t been to a restaurant, we have to go by what the menu says, as well as our own best guess. Inevitably, we’ll get something wrong – either leaving off a place with vegan options, or including one that doesn’t actually have them. We want your feedback on these situations, so please shoot us an e-mail – a friendly e-mail – at veg@vegfortworth.com.
My favorite restaurant isn’t included! What’s up with that?
- Due to the sheer volume of restaurants in Fort Worth, we’re bound to miss some. In addition, VegFortWorth concentrates on the urban areas of Fort Worth – places like Downtown, the Cultural District, the Near Southside, and the like. We’ve already got enough to keep us busy in those areas close-in to Downtown, so we’re not going after coverage of the farther-out parts of town at this time.

We do plan to expand gradually, so keep checking back if the area you’re interested in isn’t available yet.
Are there other platforms that will be getting their own version of VegFortWorth?
- We are working on a version of VegFortWorth for the Apple iPad. Beyond that, there are currently no plans for versions of VegFortWorth for other platforms like the Blackberry, Android, WebOS, etc. It may be considered in the future, but for the time being, VegFortWorth will remain exclusive to Apple mobile devices.
